ArtHouse is an art school in Ditmas Park, Brooklyn.  Ironically, ArtHouse is currently a nomadic operation housed where space is available.  Please keep checking to see how our offerings expand.  We’re currently offering K-8th grade afterschool, summer and holiday classes as well as preschool drop-ins at Midwood Martial Arts.  This summer we’re excited about trying out a new space at 391 Marlborough.  It’s a ground floor apartment converted into a pre-school and arts space.  ArtHouse will be in a house!

Lizzy LeBlanc, Director/Teacher

Lizzy was trained as a fine artist at School of Visual Arts and later earned an MS in art education from Pratt Institute.  She taught art in a public school in Brooklyn for seven years in addition to teaching Saturday classes at Pratt Institute and Staten Island’s Snug Harbor.  Now she runs ArtHouse and raises two fabulous little artists.

Christine Siracusa

Christine Siracusa has been a professional actor since arriving in New York in 1994. She is a founding member of Brooklyn’s Brave New World Rep and has performed extensively in musicals at regional theaters as well. She has taught theatre for BAX and Young Actors Workshop and teaches a Musical Theatre for Tots class at Midwood Martial Arts.
